"The school's philosophy of 'Treat others as you want to be treated yourself' (Mathew 12:7) is the bedrock upon which are built the deep

and caring relationships between all members of the school and extended community." SIAMS, 2017

“We shine like stars to achieve and make a difference in the world, knowing that with God, all things are possible.”

Matthew 19:26

Our Three Core Values are

Faith, Hope and Love

Aspull Church Primary School is a joint Anglican/Methodist School. We are extremely proud of links with both churches that form our historic foundation.

Anglican and Methodist beliefs form the foundation of our school vision and school values. The belief that, with faith in God, all things are possible. The belief that with hope in our lives we can shine like stars to be children of God. The belief that with love in our hearts, we can make a positive difference in the world.

Anglicanism is a form of Christianity that is part of the Protestant branch of the religion. The Anglican church was formed when King Henry VIII separated the Church of England from the Roman Catholic Church in the mid-1500s.

Methodism is a branch of Christianity. It is based on the ideas of a man named John Wesley, who lived in the 1700s. At first Wesley only wanted to reform the Church of England, but his ideas soon led to the development of a new church.
