Aspull Church Primary School feels that the uniform adds to the school identity and gives the children a sense of belonging.


EYFS/KS1 
 

  • Charcoal grey trousers or shorts
  • Red tartan pinafore or skirt
  • White polo shirt
  • Red v neck cardigan or v neck jumper, branded with school logo- required
  • Grey, white or black socks/tights
  • Footwear - black velcro shoes, no heels, no trainers, no boots  
  • Red/White gingham dress

 

KS2 

 

  • Charcoal grey trousers or shorts
  • Red tartan skirt
  • Plain white short sleeved shirt
  • Red v neck cardigan or v neck jumper, branded with school logo- required
  • Red school tie, branded with school logo- required
  • Grey, white or black socks/tights
  • Footwear - black shoes, no heels, no trainers, no boots
  • Red/White gingham dress

 


PE Kit 
 

  • Flat black trainers
  • Aspull Church School T-shirt (white with red Sleeves), branded with school logo- required 
  • Red Shorts or plain black jogging bottoms
  • Aspull Church School PE hoody, branded with school logo- required

 


PE kits are to be worn to school on the class PE day.

Please do not send large sport bags to school as they cause problems for storage.


At various times throughout the school year, we hold pre-loved uniform sales to help ensure affordable uniforms for all.


Hairstyles and Jewellery

 

  • Extreme hairstyles including No 1 haircut and inappropriate colour are not allowed
  • Tram lines cut into the hair are not acceptable
  • Makeup/nail varnish is not allowed
  • Long hair should be tied back with small, plain/tartan bobbles only
  • Plastic headbands can be dangerous, please use material headbands


Due to Health and Safety reasons no jewellery except for watches can be worn for school. This includes all types of earrings. Ear piercing should be done at the beginning of the summer holidays so that children can take earrings out for school.
