I am delighted to be writing here as the newly appointed Headteacher of Aspull Church Primary School. I feel extremely honoured and privileged to have been chosen to continue and build upon the successes the school has already achieved. Having worked at Aspull Church Primary School for over three years, I feel I have built a strong relationship with children, staff, parents/guardians, governors and Churches and understand what is needed to take the school forward.
My vision for the school is to ensure the needs of all our children are met in all areas of school life and that each child is given a wealth of experience and opportunities. This in turn will guarantee they leave our school at the end of Year 6, feeling extremely confident, responsible and competent members of society, ready for their Secondary School journey.
I believe that school should be a happy, caring, spiritual, respectful and hardworking environment, in which all staff use their skills to enable the children in their care to recognise their true potential and talents. As a Christian community, we should endeavour to celebrate the successes of our children in all areas of school life. We can do this by showing them that we believe in them, respect them and are proud of them.
