Welcome to our Reception class. Miss Hart is our Class Teacher, supported by our wonderful Teaching Assistants, Miss Makinson-Banks and Miss Palmer. Together, we create a warm, welcoming and engaging space for your child’s first year at school.

In Reception, every day is an opportunity to explore and discover. We learn through play and hands-on activities that spark curiosity, creativity and growing confidence. Children enjoy trying new things, building early skills and investigating the world around them. Our days include a balance of creative projects, outdoor learning, stories and chances to problem-solve and work together.

Our aim is to provide a nurturing and joyful environment where every child can grow, shine and develop a real love for learning.
